Shipping

Tropi ships from the Netherlands to the Netherlands and Belgium, with more of the EU to follow.

Orders placed before 15:00 CET on a working day are dispatched the same day. Delivery within the Netherlands typically takes 1–2 working days; Belgium typically 2–3.

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Returns and the right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The period begins the day you receive your order, and you do not need to give a reason.

To exercise it, email us at the address below before the 14 days are up. Once you've told us, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

Condition

Because Tropi is a sealed food supplement, tins must be returned unopened and with the seal intact. Once a tin has been opened it cannot be returned for hygiene reasons — this is a standard exception under EU consumer law for sealed goods that aren't suitable for return once unsealed.

Refunds

We'll refund the full purchase price, including standard outbound shipping, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Return postage is at your own cost unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Something wrong with your order?

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days and we'll put it right at no cost to you.
